Conference Schedule
TUESDAY (Pre-Conference Event)
June 18, 9:00am-2:00pm
Lau gathering, talk stories & tour of the hotel ground for a sense and the cultural history of the surrounding Keauhou Bay.
$35 per person (admission fee & donation), limited to 25 people.
Please bring your own scissors, a water bottle, gloves, a small towel, and your own lunch.
WEDNESDAY
June 19, 7:30am-4:00pm
Registration begins at 7:30 am ~ 8:30 am. The conference opening ceremony starts at 8:30 am, weaving workshops start immediately after. 11:30 am ~ 1:00 pm Annual Meeting luncheon, workshop resumes from 1:00 pm ~ 4:00 pm. Night weaving is on your own or with friends.
THURSDAY
June 20, 8:00am-4:00pm
Weaving workshop begins at 8:00 am ~ 12:00 noon. Lunch is on your own, resume weaving from 1:00 pm ~ 4:00 pm. Free evening to dine with your family & friends or relax on your own. Night weaving is on your own or with friends.
FRIDAY
June 21, 8:00am-4:00pm
Weaving workshop begins at 8:00 am ~ 12:00 noon. Lunch is on your own, resume weaving from 1:00 pm ~ 4:00 pm. Free evening to dine with your family & friends or relax on your own. Night weaving is on your own or with friends.
SATURDAY
June 22, 8:00am-evening
Weaving workshop begins at 8:00 am ~ 12:00 noon. Lunch is on your own, resume weaving from 1:00 pm ~ 3:00 pm.
Cocktails start at 5:30pm, followed by a special hōʻike at 6:00 pm with entertainment, and a fashion show
